Buying a dream lodge at Beach View Holiday Park is the affordable way to own a coastal holiday property right in the heart of the Suffolk Heritage Coast. All lodges have sea front locations and all have great sea views. Our 10½ month holiday season allows you to enjoy coastal holidays when ever you like from the 1st of March through to the 14th of January.
Our Managed Rental Scheme is now closed however we do permit holiday lodge owners to sub-let on a holiday basis through one of the local Suffolk based holiday lettings agents. Weekly rentals of between £380 (off peak) up to £1000 (July and August) are achievable and you can potentially earn 15% annual return from your investment.
