This stunning new ground floor apartment is situated close to the beach and provides a comfortable base for visiting all the popular local areas of interest which include: Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Snape and Dunwich.

Rental Accommodation Details - Located on the ground floor, this apartment has been adapted for disabled holiday makers. The spacious, light interior features an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, with modern fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), oak dining table and chairs. A double sofa bed in the lounge provides an additional double bed for carer or friends. There is an LCD TV, and a DVD CD and iPod entertainment docking system.

Bedroom - Features twin beds, bedside cabinets, tallboy wardrobe and draws.
Wet Room/Shower room - Attractive white suite with 'wetroom' shower, wc and basin (grab & support rails).
